Training Programs

The racing season is upon us and it's time to put the winter's training into effect. Staying fit in the summer is very important, it is a time for maintenance and sharpening of your fitness levels, in order to achieve peak racing fitness. Balancing work life, summer activities and focused training without overreaching and causing fatigue can be tricky. Listening to your body, getting proper rest and nutrition and a balanced lifestyle are all an important part of keeping your body strong and fresh, but proper coaching and consistency in training are your best bet for maximizing performance.

You'll find the summer program will offer a few different options so you can choose what suits you best. During the summer the scheduled group workouts will occur twice weekly, and offering a personalized training program option for those interested in customized training.

Customized training plans will also include swim and strength workouts for those who want them.

Here are the program details:


Here's what you can expect from the Training Program:

  • 2 Coached sessions per week consisting of bike, run and transition practice.
  • A Degreed and Nationally certified coach with 10 years experience in all 3 disciplines.
  • In-store discounts at Pacific MultiSport from the friendly and helpful staff!
  • An inclusive program that promotes a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Here's what you can expect from the Customized Training Program:

  • 2 Coached sessions per week consisting of bike, run and transition practice.
  • A Degreed and Nationally certified coach with 10 years experience in all 3 disciplines.
  • In-store discounts at Pacific MultiSport from the friendly and helpful staff!
  • An inclusive program that promotes a fun and friendly atmosphere.
  • Strength training for enhanced performance and injury prevention.
  • Swim workouts for building swim endurance.

Option 1:
Group Training Program
When: Monday & Wednesday
Time: 6pm - 8pm
Where: Leave from Bike Shop (4391 Main St)
What: Monday Ride and Wednesday Brick
Program Length: May 10th - Sept 8th (Followed by a 3 week "transition" period)
Cost: $125.00/month

Option 2:
Customized Program
Cost: $150.00 /month

Option 3:
Customized Program + Group Training Program
Cost: $175.00
